Artisanal Lemonades Patrick Font

A symbol of sunny days and the French art of living, artisanal lemonades by Patrick Font revisit a great classic. Far from overly sweet industrial sodas, we have imagined a range of refreshing drinks that celebrate the intensity of citrus fruits and the finesse of a premium preparation.

Our ambition is to bring this recipe back into the spotlight by giving it the signature of our Maison: absolute aromatic precision and a light texture, ideal for pure tasting or in cocktails.

A family recipe crafted in Tartaras

While citrus fruits evoke the south, it is indeed in our family workshop in Tartaras, at the foot of the Monts du Lyonnais, that our recipes come to life. Crafting a great lemonade requires a delicate balancing act, a tradition that Patrick Font and his children carry on with rigor.

Unlike a simple juice, lemonade is a work of blending. At our production site in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, we combine water, sugar, and fruit with millimetric precision. It is this work of a “fruit chef,” carried out in France, that guarantees the perfect harmony between the sharp acidity of lemon and the sweetness necessary for indulgence.

Selection of citrus fruits and naturalness

To obtain a superior-quality artisanal lemonade, the choice of raw materials is non-negotiable. We select fruits from the best production regions (notably Sicily or Spain depending on the season), harvested at full maturity.

Our manufacturing processes are designed to capture the very essence of the fruit:

  • Preservation of the zest: To restore the aromatic power of the fruit’s essential oils.

  • Control of bitterness: A delicate pressing process that avoids the unpleasant astringency of the white pith.

  • Natural ingredients: Water, fruit, just the right amount of sugar, and no unnecessary preservatives.

How to enjoy our lemonades

A true chameleon among non-alcoholic beverages, our collection adapts to every moment of consumption:

  • At breakfast : For a tonic and vitamin-rich start to the day.

  • On the terrace : Served very cold with ice cubes and a fresh mint leaf.

  • In mixology : It provides an ideal premium base to lengthen your cocktails or create sophisticated mocktails (non-alcoholic cocktails).

FAQ: The secrets of our lemonades

The distinction is simple: lemonade is a carbonated drink (water, sugar, lemon, carbon dioxide), while traditional artisanal citronnade is a drink made of water, citrus juice, and sugar. Ours focuses entirely on the taste of the fruit, without bubbles.

No. Our philosophy is to prioritize the fruit. We use sugar sparingly, only to balance the fruit’s natural acidity and make the drink pleasant, while preserving its refreshing character and lightness.

Like all our products without heavy artificial preservatives, our lemonades must be stored in the refrigerator after opening and consumed within 3 to 5 days to preserve all their freshness and volatile aromas.
