Fruit juices and nectars Patrick Font

Since 1993, Maison Patrick Font has been redefining the codes of juice by offering premium fruit juices and exceptional nectars. Rooted in Tartaras, in the Monts du Lyonnais, our family brand perpetuates a unique agricultural know-how, transforming the finest fruits into a true tasting experience.

Our commitment is simple: to offer gastronomic tables and epicureans a high-end fruit juice, faithful to nature and to the organoleptic qualities of fresh fruit.

Artisanal fruit juice producer: the cold extraction method

As a demanding fruit juice producer, we refuse to compromise on quality. Unlike traditional industrial methods, we favor centrifugal cold extraction. This technical process makes it possible to :

  • Preserve the natural color and texture of the fruit.

  • Restore the full range of aromas without “cooking” them.

  • Guarantee a perfect balance between sugar and acidity.

Each bottle produced in our workshop in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes reflects this rigor. From local apples to exotic citrus fruits, we work with raw materials like a fine vintage to obtain a fruit nectar with remarkable length on the palate.

Rigorous selection for a premium fruit juice brand

The quality of a fruit juice nectar begins above all in the orchard. Patrick and Romain Font travel across different terroirs to select rare varieties from trusted partner producers.

This approach of full traceability allows us to collaborate with farmers who share our values of respect for the land. We value both local harvests and exotic fruits, giving a second life to “ugly” fruits (outside aesthetic grading standards) that are nevertheless perfect in taste. It is this alliance between ethical sourcing and technical expertise that makes Patrick Font a reference among artisanal fruit juices.

French production at the heart of the Monts du Lyonnais

It is in Tartaras, a small village nestled between the Gier valley and the Monts du Lyonnais, that the heart of Maison Patrick Font beats. Located on family farmland cultivated since 1986, our processing workshop combines rural heritage with technical innovation.

To support our development while preserving our identity as an artisanal fruit juice producer, we have invested in a modern production site in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. This facility allows us to control the entire value chain on-site, from the reception of raw materials to bottling. By centralizing our production in France, we guarantee optimal responsiveness and rigorous quality control at every stage of the transformation of our premium fruit juices.

Everything you need to know about our tasting juices and nectars

Pure juice is obtained by simple mechanical pressing of the fruit, without any additions. Fruit nectar, on the other hand, is made from fruit purée (or pulp) to which water and sugar are added (in controlled quantities) to achieve a smooth texture ideal for tasting, especially for fruits that are too thick or acidic such as apricot or mango.

Thanks to our precise pasteurization process, our juices and nectars have a best-before date (BBD) of 3 years. Once the bottle has been opened, we recommend keeping it refrigerated and consuming it quickly to enjoy its full freshness.
